Welcome to my website. I am a retired professor of sociology and an author. I have always worn two hats - that of the professional
academic sociologist and that of the creative author. As the former, I have produced dozens of scholarly, refereed research articles
and books. As the latter, I have written several novels, essays and articles, even publishing my own newspaper. I enjoy exploring
topics relating to social psychology, marriage and family life, criminology, politics and social issues. To read samples of my work, please visit my

Honors Who is Who in the West, Who is Who in the Social Sciences, etc. [1975-Present] International Experience I have lived in France, Holland, Hungary, and the U.S.. and have extensive visits to 30 countries - including all of Western and Eastern Europe and the former USSR, Australia, Asia, Africa and the Caribbean. I am fluent in Dutch, French, German and English. Hobbies I have attended Amsterdam Conservatory, played music semi-professionally, published photographs, run marathons, including The Boston Marathon. |
